Curbed reports that average rent will be driven up to $2,369 in the next few years. The average this year was $2,230; up from $2,180 last year.

HISTORIC VILLE DE PARIS RENOVATION COMPLETE

Urbanize is reporting the completion of restoration of the historic building at the corner of 7th & Olive. Originally a department store, it will function as commercial space for Korean grocery PK Market.
