METROPOLIS TOWER III SWITCHES TO RENTALS
As reported by Urbanize, Tower III the final tower in the Metropolis Complex, is switching from condos to apartments. It will be known as THEA at Metropolis.

As reported by Eater LA, the Freehand Hotel has been sold to London-based hotelier Generator and Queensgate Investments for $400 million. The company will make no immediate changes.
