As reported by THE REAL DEAL, The LA Planning Commission wants to increase downtown housing by eliminating parking requirements.

CHINATOWN LIVE/WORK DEVELOPMENT PROPOSED

As reported by URBANIZE, a new live/work apartment complex has been proposed for just East of the Los Angeles State Historic Park. Plans call for the razing of two existing buildings to be replaced by 243 live/work units and 66K Sqft. of non residential floor area.
