DTLA’s long-awaited Park Fifth tower has arrived in grand style, and MacFarlane Partners is celebrating the completion of the 24-story high-rise tower and the adjacent seven-story Trademark building, both overlooking Pershing Square in downtown Los Angeles.
“As downtown continues to evolve as a thriving center within Los Angeles, Park Fifth and Trademark offer an ideal location with its proximity to public transit and the major office employers of DTLA,” said Victor B. MacFarlane, chairman and CEO of MacFarlane.
Park Fifth, located at 427 W. 5th St., offers 347 apartments and 5,300 square feet of retail space, while Trademark features 313 apartments and 7,500 square feet of retail. Designed by Ankrom Moisan Architects, Park Fifth is LEED-Silver certified. Both Park Fifth and Trademark are located at the Pershing Square Metro Station.
Suffolk Construction provided construction management services for Park Fifth, and Bernards was construction manager for Trademark.
