Foundation Poured At Frank Gehry Tower

Last weekend, Curbed is reporting the completion of a 15-hour foundation pour at the mixed-use development; which marks the beginning of vertical construction. Taking up a full block east of Walt Disney Hall, it will ultimately hold shops, restaurants, a movie theatre and Equinox Hotel.

New LA AIRBNB Rules In Effect

Originally passed in May 2018, Curbed reports the new AirBnb rules went into effect July 1st. Rule #1; the property must be the hosts primary place of residence. For more info, also see the city’s FAQ on the home sharing ordinance.

In May 2019, there were 24 condos sold in 19 buildings totaling $17,130,000.
The most sales were in South Park with six.
