June Sales Down While Prices Were Up

CNBC is reporting that in June housing sales were down while prices increased. Curbed updates that LA prices set a record median of $618,000; $3,000 higher than in May.

$100 Million Off-Season Dodger Stadium Renovation

The Real Deal is reporting that an off season renovation will happen at Dodger Stadium in preparation for the 2020 season and All Star game which will be held there. A two-acre “entertainment plaza” will be added with food and drink options will be added.

6th Street Bridge Delayed Two More Years

Curbed is reporting the 6th Street bridge will be delayed another 20 months due to complexities dealing with the various rail yards involved. The Bridge is now slated to open in early 2020.

401 Lofts Begin to Climb

Urbanize LA is reporting that construction of the $50 Million project is beginning its upward phase. The six-story building at the corner of 7th and Wall will have 97 studio apartments and supportive services.
