Go Little Tokyo for the Holidays, is a community-based campaign by Go Little Tokyo aimed to bring attention to the array of unique boutique shopping, charitable offerings, cultural events, delectable treats, and more, in one of the LA’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

Shogun Santa is Coming to Town

Whether it’s a holiday dinner party, or a night of family fun celebrating the New Year, always count on Fugestu-do’s Mochi for a deliciously fun time. Made by hand with love for generations by the Ito family in Little Tokyo since 1903, these colorful chewy sweets will delight guests of all ages this holiday season.
Not a Silent Night
Kick off the new year in Little Tokyo with The Annual Japanese New Year’s Oshogatsu Festival with live entertainment, Japanese food, Taiko drummers, mochi-making and more in the downtown Weller Court Shopping Center and Japanese Village Plaza. The Japanese New Year’s or “Oshogatsu”, is one of the most important celebrations for Japanese communities.

Go Little Tokyo and the Little Tokyo Community Council (LTCC) have partnered with Little Tokyo Senior Nutrition Services to help provide meals and resources for the large senior citizen population of Little Tokyo. Donate online today at golittletokyo.com/supportourseniors to help provide a warm meal for the seniors in the neighborhood. Then shop in Little Tokyo Dec. 1 – Jan. 7 at participating Go Little Tokyo for the Holidays shops where you can support our seniors with a cash donation at collection boxes. Funds go directly to the Little Tokyo Senior Nutrition Services.
