Calling all oenophiles!! If you’re a lover or connoisseur of wine, then this post is for you! Especially with midweek rapidly approaching, and we’re getting closer to that breaking point where we begin to think, “a bottle of wine and I’ll be fine,” when really we should have just a glass or two, but who am I to judge? If you work the typical 8 to 5, or perhaps 9 to 6, then you know how thirsty one feels as soon as Thursday comes along. It’s pretty much time to whet your palate! Nevertheless, on Thursday April 7th, grab a friend, or round up your squad, so you can all gather together at Downtown LA’s Pitchoun Bakery for French wine-tasting and live French music from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. This family-owned French bakery is home to some of the finest artisan breads, pastries, authentic soups and salads, plus everything is made from scratch! Wine tasting attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy complementary tray-passed gourmet bites between 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and extensive happy hour prices on drinks and appetizers until 9:00 p.m. (see happy hour menus: DRINKS –FOOD). This will be the perfect time to mingle and network with other Angelenos as you get your bon appetit on! *Tickets to this event are available online here.
