International Pillow Fight Day 2017; Pershing Square

This isn’t a joke. On Saturday April 1st, it’s going down. Literally. Los Angeles is joining in on the foolish annual tradition with food trucks, live music, DJ’s and a whole assortment of fun. Participants are encouraged to bring a soft pillow (with feathers), as well as a garbage to help clean up after.

New Opening; Astro Doughnuts & Fried Chicken

A D.C. phenomenon is about to open their doors in the heart of Downtown LA. Serving up a wide selection of chicken sandos with doughnut buns. If that hasn’t sold you, get this – everyone that follows their Instagram will receive FREE doughnuts.

Join Prank Bar for their grand grand opening. That’s right – grand grand opening. Who knows what they will have in store. With a name like that one can only anticipate lots of tricks, treats and mischief (all fool’s welcomed).

April 3

Dodgers Opening Day Celebration; Boomtown Brewery

Celebrate the Dodgers opening day early at Boomtown Brewery with beer specials. $5 beer for anyone wearing Dodger gear (before or during the game). $4 beer when you turn in your ticket after the game (limited one person per ticket). Hungry? Food truck BrewWings will be there as well. Taking public transit? Boomtown is just a short walk away from the Dodger Shuttle pick-up located at the back of Union Station and/or Little Tokyo/Arts District Gold Line.

LA Weekly Presents Burgers & Beer Fest 2017; Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum

Enjoy an afternoon of all-you-can-eat sliders and craft brew samples from some of Los Angeles’ best restaurants and breweries. General-admission tickets include unlimited burger samples, craft beer samples, live music and access to the vendor village for $75. VIP tickets include all of the general admission perks plus exclusive gift bags and one hour early entry for $90.

Spring Break Day Party; The Little Easy

Live a little and party from day till dawn at The Little Easy. Swim and beach attire is encouraged but not required. The first twenty five people to arrive in swimwear get twenty five cent shots, and our FREE shots line for everyone in swimwear after 9 p.m. Sign up for the bikini dance off for $100 cash. Get your life every third Thursday at Pattern Bar. Thursday’s are the new Friday, and this third Thursday just so happens to land on April 20th (aka 420).
