If you’re like me, you probably read the caption and thought, “Load Up on PCP?!” Why on earth would we want you to do that? It’s definitely not what you think, but hopefully your mind wandered a bit and sparked a bit of interest. That said, Poster Child Prints (aka PCP) is a prolific artist based print shop in Los Angeles. They’ve been around since 2009, and are dedicated to selling high-quality limited edition silk screen prints at modest rates. Their main goal is to make art accessible to collectors of all stripes, from novice enthusiasts to established connoisseurs, and in the end, making art within reach to all.
On Friday, December 4th and Saturday, December 5th, Poster Child Prints (PCP) invites you to join them for their fourth annual Pop-Up Shop in their new DTLA location from 10:00am to 4:00pm! They only open their doors once a year, so this will be your opportunity to come inside and acquire rare prints that are not offered for sale on their website! Kind of wild, right? Especially if you’re looking for a piece that is already sold out.
For those that attend, you’ll have the chance to load up on rare and archived prints, framed prints, artist editions, and event sold-out editions. Hence the reason we want everyone to “Load Up On PCP!” So now that that’s said, be sure to join us for this weekend. I’m sure your wall, friends or family will thank you later (Happy Holidays! xo).
