Yoga (60 min)
Class begins with 15min of yoga, followed by high intensity circuit training to boost heart rate & burn maximum amount of calories. Class ends back in the yoga room where our instructor will lower your heart rate & help minimize soreness.

Circuit Training (60 min)
High intensity interval workout that targets fat loss and strengthens endurance.

Core and Cardio (60 min)
High impact exercise combined with spinning/treadmill time for body sculpting and fat loss.

Boxing (60 min)
High intensity core workout for muscle definition and strengthening reflexes.

TRX (60 min)
TRX or Total Body Resistance Exercise targets your core by using your body weight against you.
