We recognize that CrossFit can be intimidating for new comers, but we pride ourselves on being a welcoming environment for people of all fitness levels.  We’ve implemented a detailed two hour fundamentals class or a personal one on one with a coach, and a functional movement screen with our resident chiropractor.  All of this ensures that you acclimate to our fitness regimen in the smoothest way possible, gives us an opportunity to get to you know you, learn what your goals are, and set out steps for you to achieve them.
