Courage and Craft, a boutique liquor, beer and wine stall run by Nicholas Krok, bar director at the Arts District Italian restaurant Bestia, and Ryan Duffy, a bar manager who has worked at Josef Centeno’s restaurants, is now open at the south corner of the Broadway entrance to the market. If you’re facing Egg Slut, look left. Krok and Duffy have stocked the shelves of their stall with a small selection of small-batch liquors, bitters, cordials, mixers and wine. And in the cooler? Plenty of beer.
