DTLA Condo Sales December 2017

The sales this month were in the following areas:  Arts District (4 sales), Bunker Hill (2 Sales), City West (2 Sales), Financial District (1 Sale), Historic Core (2 Sales), Jewelry District (2 Sales) Little Tokyo (1 Sale), South Park (12 Sales).

Metropolis Tower I – 889 Francisco St – DTLA

Cash in your piggy bank, the highest December sale was at Metropolis Tower I for $2,140,000. It is a beautiful 1,729 square foot condo. 2-Beds, 2.5-Baths. Currently renting for $8,500/mo.

Metropolis Tower I is a stunning 38 floors and was completed last May. Tower II will be 40 floors slated to be completed in mid 2018. Tower III will be 56 floors and completed in 2019. When complete, Metropolis Tower III will be the tallest residential building west of the Mississippi.
