Why get on the stairmaster when there are actual stairs to climb? The Bunker Hill steps are located in front of the US Bank Tower. These 294 steps connect Hope to 5th Street. Run up one side of the divider and down the other. And when you start to feel like your glutes are on fire, take a break and enjoy the scenery, or refuel at any of the cafes along the way.

Take spin class outside and hop on a metro bike. With stations all over DTLA, it’s super easy to get a bike and go. You can purchase a monthly or yearly pass here. But if you don’t want the long-term commitment, just walk up to any of the stations, and all trips are just $3.50/30 minutes.
Starting June 6th and repeating weekly throughout summer, Grand Park hosts a free fitness bootcamp. Yes, that’s right. It’s FREE and open to all levels. Bootcamp takes place every Tuesday from 5:30 to 6:30, so after work, throw on some workout clothes and head over to the event lawn at the park. You gotta earn your tacos on taco Tuesday.
